FAQ

Pick a listing and place an order — the amount is reserved on your balance. The seller is notified and sends you a Steam trade; you accept it and confirm you received the item. The money reaches the seller only after the item reaches you.

The fee is paid by the seller and is deducted from the sale amount. The buyer pays exactly the price shown on the listing: there is no separate buyer fee.

Three things: a Steam account whose items are tradable; a trade link filled in on your profile; and the Steam Inventory Helper extension installed with trading permission granted. While any of them is missing, the “Sell” section tells you exactly which one.

The trade link is issued by Steam itself, in the inventory privacy settings under trade offers. We ask for it because without it sending you a trade is technically impossible. You can paste it in your account or right in the dialog that appears on your first purchase.

The seller has a limited window to send, shown as a countdown under “Trades”. If the window expires or the seller cancels, the order fails and the reserved amount is returned to you in full. A seller who breaks a trade through their own fault is penalised.

A purchase here is not an instant delivery but an ordinary Steam trade between two people. First the seller is notified, then they send the trade, and only after your confirmation does the deal close. Every one of those steps is visible under “Trades”.

Steam may hold a transferred item on its own side — that is its mechanism, not ours. While that window runs, the trade is already counted as delivered on the marketplace, and the remaining time is shown on the trade card.

A buy order is your price for an item nobody is currently selling at. You set a price and a quantity, the amount is reserved, and as soon as a matching listing appears the order fires by itself and becomes an ordinary trade. You can cancel it any time before it fires and the money comes back.

Withdrawals are made under “Withdraw”: the payout goes through a payment provider to an account you connect. We show no bank-details form of our own and store no card data — that is handled by the provider.

What can be withdrawn is your sales revenue, not the whole balance. A deposit is funds for buying on the marketplace; if it could be withdrawn back, the platform would become a way to move money rather than to trade items.
